28th ECF grows in size, home products exhibition becomes its largest
The 28th East China Fair (ECF) has rented about 13 to 14 exhibition halls of the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Its total coverage reaches 123,600 square meters, approximately 2,700 square meters larger than last year, and the booths total 5,707.
The ECF aims to become more professional by setting up five themed exhibitions, including garment exhibition featuring clothing and garment accessories, textile exhibition featuring home textiles and textile accessories, home products exhibition featuring tableware, kitchenware and bathroom products, consumer goods, and home appliance and electronic products, gifts exhibition featuring sports, tourism and leisure products, and home decorations and gifts, and modern lifestyle exhibition. Among them, the garment exhibition has 1,500 booths, accounting for 26.28 percent. The textile exhibition has 925 booths, accounting for 16.21 percent. The home products exhibition has 1,916 booths, accounting for 33.57 percent. The gifts exhibition has 702 booths, accounting for 12.3 percent. The modern lifestyle exhibition has 530 booths, accounting for 9.29 percent. And the cross-border e-commerce exhibition has 84 booths, accounting for 1.47 percent. There are also 50 service booths, accounting for 0.88 percent. A total of 14 trade groups, of which nine are from host provinces and cities, one is a united trade group, and one is from abroad, will participate in the event, organizing 4,000 enterprises to attend the fair, of which 450 are overseas enterprises.
